Shaving is something that almost all men do but the vital question is that how many of them do actually indulge in a quality, luxurious shave? Well, not many do. The clear reason behind that is that they do not appropriate the apt shaving accessories. Here is a list of some vital accessories then that should not be missed-out on under any circumstances:

1. Good Quality Razor

The first and foremost accessory requirement for a great shave has to be the razor. This shaving accessory ultimately decides the final results yielded. The way to go while choosing razors then is to choose a quality one. Under all circumstances should one stay away from that single blade disposable drugstore brand razor. It surely is budget-friendly but leaves the skin in a terrible form. So opting for more blades per cartridge is any time a better proposition when it comes to choosing quality shaving accessories.

2. Toiletries

Apart from the razor, the products that one uses on the skin while shaving also determine the quality of shave. So these shaving accessories must also be attached due importance to. The blunder that most people commit in this regard is using bar soaps to shave their faces. Well, that could be the traditional way of shaving but today there are a lot many better and effective skin-friendly options available. For instance, shaving creams are available for the purpose of softening the hair and skin. Also, after-shave lotions and moisturisers can be used to replenish the skin with the moisture that it otherwise tends to lose in the process of shaving, so as to keep it supple and prevent any razor burns.

3. Shaving Brush

Dry shaving might not require you to invest in a shaving brush but when you are conscious enough of your looks and are taking the pains to wet shave, do go a step further and choose a good shaving brush. You would find the shaving accessories sections at supermarkets flooded with these but remember that not all of those brushes are created equal. Not just any brush would prevent the ingrown hair from occurring and so it is important to opt for a badger brush (or maybe a synthetic equivalent).

4. Kit Stand

Once you have bought all of the above shaving accessories, you would need a stand to keep them in place such that they are handy when you need them. A kit stand would be the perfect choice to meet that end then.

Razor bumps, nicks, razor rash – irrespective of how you decide to term it, are simply a product of improper shaving habits. Due to the innate tendency of hair growth in certain patterns, various methods that you apply to remove the facial hair can be judged based on whether or not they give you razor bumps.

Change Your Shaving Routine

Now, the principal thing to do if you want to avoid razor bumps is to bring about a change in your shaving pattern and this includes both the time and manner of shaving. You see, the morning time is when your skin is most vulnerable to razor bumps. Why you ask? Well, it is the period right after you have woken-up from slumber. Hence, fluids puff up your skin during your sleep, thereby, making your stubble look less visible. As such, you tend to shave a lot to close to the skin producing razor bumps.

So, what do you do? Well, first you have to make sure that do not shave right after waking up. Wait for at least half an hour. This will relax your skin and make the hair follicles more visible. Also, try to make it a point that you shave after you have taken a shower and not before it. This will soften the bristles giving you an easier shave minus the razor bumps.

Use A New Razor

Most of the time, razor bumps are caused because of used blades. This problem becomes compounded when you use a 3 or 4 blade razor for shaving. In such a case, most really do not throw away the razor if one of the blades shows bluntness. Hence, it is always better to use a razor with a single blade. Granted, you have to make more than one pass at your stubble but at least you will be sure, when you have to dispose it.
Even if you still want to use a three in one or four in one blade, make sure that your throw it away as soon as you see excess deposits on a blade or on the first sign of the razor producing a scraping sensation on the skin. This simple evaluation will help you avoid many impending and often painful razor bumps.

Use Good Quality Lotion and Oils

This is where a good shaving gel or shave oil will help you achieve your goal. Remember to apply the gel generously over the entire shaving area. The more time you spend massaging the gel on the area, the better will be the shaving experience as the bristles will be that much softer.

Furthermore, using quality gels and oils will make the job easier as they will contain ingredients like Aloe Vera and cucumber extracts that will sooth the skin and keep it from reacting so alarmingly to the touch of the razor blade and thereby minimizing the chance of razor bumps.

Always remember that the idea of inculcating proper shaving habits for avoiding razor bumps is to soften the hair as much as possible so that it can be shaved off easily. In addition, the better visibility you have of the stubble, the clear you will shave.

In France, a young athlete prepares for a game; he does his stretches, drinks an energy supplement, goes out onto the field, and then dies. Later, it is discovered that the cause was the energy supplement. The energy Supplement is Red Bull; an energy drink with the key ingredient being caffeine and sugar. As a result of this, France bans Red Bull from their market. This is not the only record of Red Bull being banned because of it’s caffeine levels, other countries have experienced problems with their energy drinks that pack a little more then energy. “They are the Red Bull “blue can” produced in Austria and the Red Bull “blue band” (with blue strip) produced in Thailand. “Blue can” is banned because it has been linked with three recent deaths in Sweden. Two people reportedly died after mixing the drink with alcohol, and another after taking the drink after exercising. He said the ministry is keeping in touch with Sweden’s National Food Administration – which is in charge of investigating the deaths – for more information. The canned “blue band” has been banned as a test shows it exceeds the amount of caffeine allowed, which is set at 200mg/litre, he said after launching the Robin Good Health Program here.” (Syima)
The recent energy drink fad started with the introduction of Red Bull in 1997. The ingredients of which include taurine, glucuronolactone, caffeine, b-group vitamins, sucrose, and glucose. Taurine is an amino acid, glucuronolactone is a carbohydrate, and sucrose and glucose are both sugars. (Red Bull). The amount of caffeine in the average 8.2-ounce can of Red Bull is 80 milligrams. That is a lot of caffeine, especially when compared to the average 16 ounce Coke-a-cola which has only 34 milligrams. (Willstar). “Basically, an energy drink is simply a glorified can of soda. Both are carbonated beverages containing caffeine and sugar, the difference being that the energy drink contains a lot more. The average soda holds 25-40 milligrams of caffeine, whereas most energy drinks have double that. One new energy drink advertises a whopping 280 milligrams of caffeine per can!” (Burgundy). When caffeine is consumed it gives the drinker a better feeling of concentration, however if one is used to consuming caffeine on a daily basis and then is deprived of it, they would experience withdrawal symptoms. Caffeine is no different then a drug, and consuming it on such high levels is a bad idea. “The main health risk associated with consuming these quantities of caffeine is the effect it has on heart rate and blood pressure. With large doses of caffeine, the heart rate can become so accelerated that it may lead to an irregular or quickened heart beat. This can last long after the initial effect of the drink.” (Burgundy). The health risks are severe when it comes to the amount of caffeine, there is even an account of a country illegalizing Red Bull – “In 2000, the French government decided to ban Red Bull after the brand was linked to the death of an 18-year-old Irish athlete. The teenager died after drinking four cans of Red Bull at a game.” (Watson). Approximately eight years later Red Bull is allowed back on the French market.
One might consider that Red Bull, or any other energy drink, helps them through the day, one might say that “the caffeine doesn’t effect me” or “I can handle the rush that such drinks provide”. Yes, many people use energy drinks, but just because they think they can “handle the rush” does not mean they are not addicted. Energy drinks are no better than cigarettes and alcohol. The energy drink’s effect is most noticeable, and even frustrating for any observer of the drinker. A schoolteacher in the United Kingdoms has banned her students, whom are the number one consumer of energy drinks, from drinking the ever-famous Red Bull. “We noticed a change in the behavior of some of our students, and when we investigated we found they had been buying these drinks on the way to school,’ says the head of the 600-pupil school in Worthing, West Sussex. ‘Students are finding themselves getting into difficulties, and we don’t want it escalating. They are drinking more caffeine, which is making them hyperactive in some lessons because they haven’t had the time to run off all that energy. They are noisier and may not respond to instructions. Some are coming in later than they should do.” (Rawstorne). The problem is not only associated with hyperactivity, on many cases one finds that Red Bull, when consumed in mass quantities in a short period of time can give the drinker a buzz. This is dangerous because of the intoxicated state of the drinker is not really intoxicated by law, one mans report on an experience where he conveys this point. “I was designated driver for the night when me and my mates went out,’ it reads. ‘I had 13 cans of Red Bull that night! We came out and I was buzzin’ more than anyone else leaving the club who was hammered!! It was quality! Another night when I was desi [designate driver] I had seven cans of Red Bull in a really short space of time.. . that night I crashed my two-week-old car so that was not such a great night!” (Rawstorne).
In the early 2000’s the new energy drink fad arrives in the United States and begins to have it’s long-term effect on the youth of America. It isn’t long until this fad becomes a part of everyday life among many Americans. These drinks contain caffeine, sugar, and other chemicals that’s sole purpose is to heighten one’s state of awareness and boost the amount of physical activity of a person, in layman’s terms, to provide energy. However, over time, the consumed energy drink’s effects will wear off and leave the drinker in a state of sluggish behavior, a crash. The energy drink ultimately proves to be just an allusion of hope, the drinker feels more energetic, but is only experiencing a short lasting sugar rush. In order to keep this feeling the drinker may consume more throughout the day, increasing the intake of sugar and other chemicals into their body every day. One can imagine that all that sugar will have adverse affects on the human body, such as weight gain and teeth decay; not to mention other ingredients such as guarana, ginseng, and caffeine can act almost as a drug to the human body. The energy drink may be a good concept, but the evils out ways the good, and therefore energy drinks are just damaging to the human body and should be avoided.
“The very first “energy” drink to reach the United States wasn’t really an energy drink at all — it was more of a hyped-up soft drink called Jolt Cola. The “jolt” in the cola was a lot of added sugar and caffeine. Introduced in the 1980s, Jolt Cola quickly became a staple of college campuses.” (Watson). The Jolt Cola soon branches itself into more flavors but keeping it’s ingredients the same. With the new caffeine levels in drinks such as Jolt there are many health problems to consider. A well-known effect of caffeine is that it is a stimulant, however there are other aspects that elude the common consumer. “Consuming a lot of it can lead to heart palpitations, anxiety and insomnia — it also can make you feel jittery and irritable. Over time, caffeine can become addictive. It is also a diuretic — it causes the kidneys to remove extra fluid into the urine.” (Watson). There are cases of law suites against such energy drinks in addition to the instances in Sweden and France, some that strike a little more closer to home; “A jury awarded more than $1 million US to a family whose son died after taking a supplement that contained the stimulant ephedrine. In 1999, 24-year-old Charles Bryant Scurlock II took the energy-booster Ripped Fuel and collapsed during an Army National Guard physical fitness test. He died a few hours later. Mike Grimes, the lawyer for Scurlock’s parents, told the Austin American-Statesman that the jury decided Ripped Fuel’s design formulation — including a combination of caffeine and ephedrine — was unreasonably dangerous.” (CanWest).
The main consumer of energy drinks falls under the student demographic. Students will stay up all night with the help of countless energy drinks and then wake up early in the morning and consume more energy drinks just to perform the day’s activities. The student has become addicted and there seems to be no end. This is unacceptable for a lifestyle and has extremely adverse effects on ones health. Is the fact that people have been reported to have died not enough to convince one that energy drinks are just as bad as cigarettes and alcohol? All of these common products can be bought at a local convenient store, perhaps a little too convenient, when they are also selling the means to kill one self slowly. America’s youth cannot afford to be addicted to something that is easily bought, with the energy drink bringing so called energy, when in truth it brings health concerns and some times death, the best thing one can do is simply don’t drink them.

Anyone who has been a vegetarian for a long time gets sick of meat-lovers always asking, “If you’re a vegetarian, how do you get your protein?” There’s an ill-informed assumption widespread among meat-eaters that meat is the only healthy source of complete proteins. In fact, this is just a myth perpetuated by the type of anti-vegetarian attitude that pervades the media.

The reality is that there are complete, healthy proteins to be found in all types of food. In fact, in many cases, the proteins found in certain types of meat are actually inferior to the proteins you can get from beans, grains, vegetables, and other types of vegetarian food.

What are Proteins, and Why do we Need Them?

The building blocks of proteins are organic compounds called amino acids. There are countless types of amino acids, and they perform so many functions in the body that it’s safe to say that we could not exist without them. They’re essential parts of every type of cell, and cells are what we’re made of.

There are two main types of amino acids in the human body. First, there are nonessential amino acids, which your body makes on its own out of non-amino nutrients. Second, there are essential amino acids, which your body can’t produce, and thus must get from external sources—i.e., from foods.

When you consume something that has protein, your body doesn’t absorb that protein as is. Rather, it breaks the protein down into amino acids, and then reconstitutes these amino acids for its own uses. In other words, high protein content doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re body’s going to get a lot of protein out of that food. In fact, your body may find more of use in so-called low protein foods than in high protein foods.

Any food that is a strong source not just of abundant protein but also tons of essential amino acids is known as a complete protein. Some types of meat, especially many types of fish and shellfish, are complete proteins, but many types of meat are surprisingly not very complete at all. Vegetarian sources of complete protein include milk, eggs, soy products, and many types of grains, beans, and nuts.

How Vegetarians Get their Protein

As I’ve said, the main reason why your body needs protein is to get amino acids, which are the building blocks of many aspects of our cells. All types of life—both plant and animal—contain amino acids, even those that don’t have a high amount of protein.

That said, there are some vegetarian foods that pack a large wallop when it comes to protein content. Soy products, for instance, are known for being a complete protein with many different types of essential amino acids. However, it’s thought that soy consumed in large quantities can start to have negative health effects, so most vegetarians try to consume it only in moderation. Other high-protein vegetarian food products include seitan (a meat-like material made of wheat gluten) , beans, lentils, and nuts—especially more robust nuts like walnuts, almonds, and brazil nuts.

But even when you don’t include these high-protein foods, you can get plenty of protein from other sources. The key is to include low-to-modest protein foods that, when put together, create complete proteins. For example, corn and black beans, when eaten together, produce some of the most complete amino acids possible.

However, it can be a headache trying to keep track of which types of foods combine best with which, which is why many vegetarians simply take a holistic approach. Rather than putting all their energy into creating the right kinds of combinations, they simply eat a broad array of foods. For example, if you eat a diet that is rich in whole grains, lentils, nuts, cheese (for non-vegan vegetarians), seeds, soy, fruits, and vegetables, you will get the protein that you need.

All in all, when you look at the nutritional information on a product at the store and you see that it has a high protein content, you can’t necessarily take this at face value. While it may be abundant in one type of protein, it may not have complete proteins. That’s why it’s best to diversify your diet, and get as many different types of amino acids as possible.

Unlike women, men show very little or no concern at all about their health. This is maybe one of the reasons why women in general live longer than men. Both face almost similar health concerns but the fact that most men die at an early age proves that they are less conscious about the state of their health. There are a few top health problems that most men face today, and if men tend to keep on ignoring the signs and symptoms and do not connect to a specialist for regular screening, they will continue to have a high risk for the diseases, and worse, death.

Heart disease is perhaps the most common cause of death among men aging thirty and above. According to research, thirty percent of men all over the world have heart conditions. Men who have a family history of heart problems have a higher risk for it, but so do men who do live unhealthy lifestyles. Smoking, drinking, eating foods high in cholesterol, and living a sedentary life– these are the common factors that contribute to heart disease.

To fight heart disease, regular exercise is necessary as well as eating a healthy diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Regular physical activities can help reduce the risk for heart attack and stroke by up to 80 percent, even if your routine simply involves walking in the park for thirty minutes each day. Eating foods that are low in cholesterol, sugar, and salt, is also an excellent way to lower a person’s risk for heart problems.

Another common health condition that men face is lung cancer. Lung cancer is somewhat equivalent to breast cancer for women, and is considered as the deadliest form of cancer among men. Over the past decades, lung cancer has claimed more lives than all the other forms of cancer combined. The largest factor that contributes to lung cancer is tobacco smoking, although it can also be acquired simply by inhaling second-hand smoke or smoke from vehicles.

There are several ways to treat lung cancer nowadays, including chemotherapy and radiation, although you might want to prevent it altogether by quitting smoking, avoiding second-hand smoke, and staying away from polluted areas as much as possible.

The second most common cancer among men is cancer of the prostate glands. No one knows exactly what causes prostate cancer, but with the help of modern technology, symptoms of the disease can be detected earlier with through PSA or Prostate-Specific Antigen Test. PSA is a type of protein produced in the prostate glands. When a high level of PSA in the blood is detected, there’s a possibility that the prostates are affected with a disease including cancer. If detected earlier, there’s a huge chance that the cancer can be treated.
Last on the list is Type II Diabetes. It is the most common form of diabetes, and while millions of men in the United States alone are diagnosed with it, not all realize that they have the condition. Type II Diabetes results when the body fails to produce enough insulin, or if it ignores insulin altogether. This leads to glucose building up in the blood instead of going to the cells. African Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans, and Latinos have a higher risk for the condition.

A person’s age and family health history also plays a role in the development of Type II Diabetes. Perhaps the best way to avoid acquiring this form of diabetes is to watch your weight and watch what you eat. While there is no food linked to diabetes, maintaining a healthy diet low on sugar should help regulate your body’s insulin level. Monitoring your blood sugar regularly would also help you prevent serious complications.

For men ages forty and up, the diseases mentioned above can sometimes be inevitable. This is especially true for guys who live an unhealthy lifestyle. Smoking, drinking, overeating, and lack of physical activities are the largest factors that contribute to heart disease, lung cancer, prostate cancer, and diabetes. If you can get rid of such practices, you can easily keep any kind of disease at bay. Furthermore, if you make it a habit of visiting your doctor regularly, you’ll have a higher chance of avoiding some of the deadliest diseases known to man.

Circumcision in Western countries is typically an unfamiliar topic, unless you happened to know someone whose culture typically recommends it. Some cultures have male babies circumcised, while others recommend the process to be done when the child is older, perhaps just at the onset of puberty.

But what is this process really all about? Is it as barbaric as some people imagine it to be? Or does it really have advantages to a man’s overall health?

The first recorded instance of circumcision is traced back to Jewish history, where the patriarch Abraham was apparently given the mandate by God. The strange thing was that at that time, several thousands of years B.C., the instruction was to circumcise male babies at eight days old. Recent scientific studies have discovered that a baby’s natural blood clotting mechanism is still developed over the first few days of life outside the womb. On the eighth day, the baby’s blood clotting mechanism is at its highest, at several times the normal rate. This may perhaps explain why babies had been successfully circumcised without a rise in mortality rate for that particular time in history when there was still little knowledge about sterilizing and medications.

This may perhaps have contributed to the stigma that Jews have had to suffer for many generations, as other cultures think that they simply circumcised their sons in order to be different. But perhaps they were simply obeying their God in a process that actually contributed to proper hygiene for the men.

Modern circumcision is a simple process wherein the sleeve of mucosal tissue and skin that normally covers the glans or the head of a male penis is slit or removed. This double layer is also commonly known as the foreskin. One type of circumcision involves the actual cutting of this foreskin, as is done in Muslim and Jewish cultures. In some Asian countries, what is done is not an actual cutting but rather what is known as the dorsal slit, in which the skin is simply opened up to expose the head. Then the doctor folds back the skin and sews it up.

Other than cultural reasons, circumcision is commended as a hygienic practice, as a circumcised penis is cleaner and much easier to keep clean compared to an uncircumcised one. This is because a white waxy substance, consisting of natural secretions and shed skin cells, typically appear underneath the foreskin, and this natural substance is more likely to accumulate with a foreskin still on.

For cultures that circumcise boys at puberty, parents need to be aware of the emotional ramifications of the act. Some parents choose to talk to the child and let him decide whether he wants to do it, while others may simply force it out of cultural issues: it’s a given, and it is not a choice. If that is the case, the parents need to bear in mind that the child understands what the process is for and how it is done in order to help dispel any unnecessary fears. Peer pressure may play a major role in how your child reacts to the process. For example, if you live in a country that commends it but none of his friends have done it, it may still be a scary and unwanted experience. On the other hand, if you are connected to a community of those in the same culture, you may have an easier time because it will not be such an unknown occurrence.

When a child is circumcised, there is proper care that needs to be undertaken. The doctor typically puts a first dressing, which is then easily removed by hydrogen peroxide. A once-a-day dressing is usually recommended. If the wound causes pain or swelling, doctors typically recommend an anti-inflammatory pill. If any infection happens, a doctor needs to be consulted for possible prescription of antibiotics. The wound typically heals by itself in roughly seven days. Although the process may have used to be risky, proper care and antiseptic conditions have altered that risk factor.

These are the basic things you need to know about circumcision in order to make an informed decision to help your child as well.

For some strange reason, men and women seem to have different reactions to the thought of going to see a doctor. Women typically want to go at the first sign of trouble, while men prefer to push it off as long as possible. Also, you may have noticed on your own trips to the doctor that the clinic waiting area is filled with many women who are all by themselves, whereas men usually have their wives along on such visits. Why are women perfectly capable of going to the doctor all by themselves, and men generally needing company, if men are the stronger sex?

Possible reasons that may be running through a wife’s head as to why her husband seems to postpone a doctor’s visit include the following: perhaps he doesn’t want to spend the money, or doesn’t have the time. But if you think about how much money you wind up spending if sickness is not prevented, you believe doctor’s consultation costs are actually minimal in comparison. Also, your husband likely spends countless hours in front of the TV, so a couple of hours at the doctor’s clinic should not be a problem.

Interestingly, experts have explored this phenomenon common among men, and have found the following as the main reasons why the male portion of the population are less inclined to get a checkup:

1. Men prefer to be ignorant instead of knowing what’s wrong and be worried to death about it. Yes, men may feel afraid, but they do not want other people to know what they’re feeling. As such they keep silent about it and pretend everything’s OK just so you don’t pester him to go to the doctor.

2. Secondly, they do not like having strangers touch them, especially on their private parts. This is why many men who are struggling with prostate cancer would rather suffer it quietly. Rectal exams are also awkward for them.

3 Men typically also do not like to feel any sort of weakness in any area, which is exactly what they feel when they realize the doctor is checking here and there for what’s wrong with them. Sickness is perceived to be a weakness, and their macho ego just would not allow them to admit it. This is why many men have gone through life without having seen a doctor, and then wind up dying from some serious illness which none of their family members were even aware of.

4. In addition to not wanting to feel any weakness, they also have concerns about how they can provide for their families if they should fall sick. Although today’s modern day welcomes dual-income households and the man no longer bears the full burden of household expenses, he still wants to feel in control. As such, getting sick seems to be an impossible option.

Now that you know the underlying factors why your man seems to be stubborn about going to the doctor, you can figure out ways to assure him and ease him of his fears. This will make the process go much easier, as you won’t be geared up for a battle every time you broach the subject of a doctor’s visit. Instead you can make him realize and feel that you are not against him, but that you are on his side and understand him completely. Unfortunately for him, he will eventually have to give in to you, but minus the added stress of you nagging him and possibly taunting him, he will be more likely to agree.

If possible, at an earlier time, you can convince him to go for routine checkups; when he is in perfect health, he is more likely to be willing to go with you. Of course, it might require some convincing, too, in terms of financial costs, as he most likely will argue that he feels perfectly fine and in no need of a checkup. But if you know him well, you will be able to convince him, and once you get a regular routine for doctor’s checkups, the doctor will be able to spot problems early on, giving you the assurance that your husband is well taken care of.

We should all eat healthy foods, but sometimes it can be hard. To eat healthy, you must first choose the right food to eat. Eating healthy is all about what you put into your body, which makes the choices critical to your results.

Eating Vegetables

It should be varied, as you should eat 2 1/2 cups of them each day. Eating dark vegetables, such as broccoli and spinach should be what you eat most. Carrots and sweet potatoes are great for you also. Try to eat more dry beans like pinto beans, kidney beans and even peas.

Eating Grains

You should eat approximately 6 ounces of grains a day. You should eat 3 ounces of whole grain cereals, rice, breads, or pasta. Ounce of grains is contained in a single slice of bread, or bowl of cereal.

Eating Fruits

Fruit is a very important part of your diet. You should eat at least 2 cups per day. Eat a variety of fruits such as fresh, dried canned, or even canned fruit. Drinking fruit juice is great for you also, but you should drink fruit juice in moderation.

Drinking Milk

Milk is highly calcium rich. Adults should drink up to 3 cups per day. Children should drink around 3 cups per day. When you choose milk products or yogurt, low fat products should be what you choose. If you don’t like milk or can’t drink it, you can choose lactose free products. You can find other sources of calcium such as fortified
foods and drinks.

Eating beans and meats

5 ounces of beans and meats everyday is what you should aim to achieve. When you eat meat it is recommended bake it, broil it, or grill it, as this will stop extra fat from adding to the equation. Also vary your protein as well, with more chicken, fish, beans, and nuts.

While cooking food, limit the amount of solid fats such as butter, margarine, and lard. While these foods will add flavor to your meals, they will also raise your cholesterol.

To help contain saturated fat, trans fat, and your sodium low, you should read the nutrition labels on the food you purchase. These labels are found on the food package and they will explain to you the information you need to know about the food you are buying.

So if you pick your foods wisely and watch what you eat, you’ll help control your lifestyle. Exercise is great for you, and it goes along perfect with eating healthy. No matter how old you are, eating healthy will help your active lifestyle for many years and increase your health in the long run.
